Front of House

La Volata is currently looking for a few spectacular people to join our team in the Front of House. Your experience will largely determine where you'll fit, but we always start people as host so they can acclimate to how we do things here. We are looking for people who embrace hospitality, who are driven to help others enjoy themselves, and who thrive in a fast-paced, team environment. 

What we're looking for:

Prefer at least 2 years working in an upscale but fast-paced restaurant.

A strong desire to make people happy balanced by a healthy set of boundaries because...people.

Food and beverage knowledge; maybe even some experience behind the bar.

The ability to work well with a team and take direction from others.

Great work ethic.

Strong communication skills.
